An end-to-end product operations workspace — tasks, ideas, roadmap and brand book in one tool, replacing a stack of spreadsheets and disconnected SaaS.





A growing product org was running customer work, ideas, roadmap and brand decisions out of spreadsheets, Jira, Notion, Miro and Slack threads. Nothing connected — duplicate rows, no clear ownership, zero visibility into what was actually shipping each week, and the brand book was a stale PDF nobody opened.
Built one focused workspace around the team's real workflow: a Tasks view with single-owner statuses, customer labels and AI estimates; an Ideas inbox that flows into a scored Roadmap timeline; and a living Brand Book that keeps shared / Sales / Aftersales guidance in one place. Designed so each surface stays opinionated instead of becoming another generic PM tool.
Spreadsheets and three SaaS subscriptions went away. Weekly status is visible at a glance, customer-facing work has clear owners, the roadmap is scored instead of guessed, and the brand book is finally a place people actually land. Replaced a tool selection process that had been stuck for months.
