Spreadsheet replacement
Customer task management for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't want heavy PM software.
Problem
A growing operations team was running customer work out of shared spreadsheets — duplicate rows, no clear ownership, and zero visibility into what was actually shipping each week.
Approach
Built a focused internal tool around the team's real workflow: tasks owned by a single person, statuses that match how they actually talk about work, and a queue view that surfaces what's next without ceremony.
Outcome
The spreadsheet went away. Weekly status is visible at a glance and nothing falls through the cracks. Replaced a tool selection process that had been stuck for months.
